Electrical Tape
PVC insulating tape, breakdown from 3,250 V to 8,000 V, rated to 600 V
Flame-retardant PVC electrical tape for harness wrapping, general wiring and demagnetising coils. Material compliance test reports are supplied on request with the report number.

Fifty-eight catalogue models sounds like a lot until you realise most buyers need three of them. The families below are organised by what the tape has to survive — voltage, weather, heat, or a surface that must not be marked — because that is the question your specification actually answers.
Each grade carries a status. Standard means the specification is settled and repeatable: we quote it, produce it and test it against the same figures every time. To be confirmed means we are still verifying a figure with the plant, usually a certification scope or a high-temperature tolerance. We mark those rather than quietly rounding them up, because the cost of a wrong number lands on you at customs or on site, not on us.
Ordering, samples and converting
- MOQ — depends on the item. Stocked grades ship by the carton; custom-printed and custom-slit items are quoted per run, and jumbo rolls from 500 m. Your quotation states the exact MOQ for the item you asked about.
- Samples — stocked grades ship free within five working days; you cover the courier. Made-to-order samples take 7–10 days and the trial cost is credited against your first bulk order.
- Private label — your logo on the tape, the core and the carton. Custom widths from 4 mm.
- Converting — jumbo rolls up to 1,250 mm on 3-inch or 6-inch cores if you would rather slit in-house.
- Documents — ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, SGS or Intertek test reports, RoHS and REACH declarations, and a California Proposition 65 statement on request.
Not sure which family you need?
Describe the application rather than the product and we will match it. The most common mis-specification we see is a general-purpose masking tape used in an oven process, and the second most common is an acrylic carton tape used on dusty recycled board. Both fail predictably, and both are avoidable with one email.
