What We Can Do With Your Electrical Tape Order

Buyer help Quick answers for tape buyers Search common sourcing questions or open an answer below.

How do I contact you or request a quote?

Use the enquiry form or call +86 13602332943. Include the product or application, size, quantity and destination so we can route your request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no single MOQ for every tape. It depends on the product, dimensions, customization and destination. Share your target size and quantity and we will confirm the MOQ for the exact item.

How many rolls are packed in a carton?

The current factory reference is a configuration-specific quantity confirmed in the quotation. Packing varies by exact item; confirm it in the quotation. Carton quantity is not the MOQ.

What information should I send for a quotation?

Tell us the application and surface, tape material or target type, width, thickness and roll length if known, colour, quantity, packaging needs and destination country. We will review what is available and confirm the matching specification.

Can you provide certificates and test documents?

Documents vary by product model, material, production site and destination market. Ask for current documents for the exact item; availability and scope must be checked before they are represented as applicable.

Can you make a custom size or private-label product?

Send the target dimensions, packaging or label needs, quantity and destination. We will review feasibility and confirm any MOQ, tooling, sample and lead-time terms in writing for that request.

Catalogue rolls, or a roll made to your spec

We source PVC electrical tape in 18 catalogue grades. Some orders need more than a catalogue roll — a different width, a different roll length, your own label, or packing your way. Tell us the application and we will confirm the grade, the dimensions and the packing in writing before quoting. Where a capability is still being confirmed, we will tell you it is being confirmed rather than promise it.

1 · Catalogue rolls

You give us the application and the size you need. You get a roll from the grade that matches it — 0.105 to 0.20 mm in total thickness, 18 mm wide, 10 yd or 20 yd rolls; 0.13 mm in 18 mm width, as shown on the product labels; a 19 mm width is a question for the factory to confirm. Why you buy a known specification instead of whatever the mill had that month. Status available now for the catalogue grades listed on the electrical tape page.

2 · Width slitting

You give us the finished width and the material. You get rolls slit to your width, with the tolerance confirmed in the offer. Why your line takes the roll as it comes, with less waste. Status reviewed per order — we confirm the cut width and tolerance after you submit your requirement.

3 · Roll lengths and core sizes

You give us the roll length you need and any core requirement. You get roll lengths and core sizes reviewed against your order. Why packs that fit your packaging and your planogram. Status reviewed per order.

4 · Private label

You give us your brand content and artwork for the roll or the carton. You get private labels on rolls and cartons, once the configuration is confirmed. Why your customers reorder by brand, not by a supplier’s code. Status reviewed per order — artwork, minimum run and setup cost are confirmed in writing.

5 · Packing and case configuration

You give us how you want the goods packed, including rolls per carton. You get a packing configuration confirmed in the quotation, so landed cost per carton is calculable. Why buying by the case is what most distributors plan around. Status reviewed per order.

6 · Documents that match the shipment

You give us the destination and what your customs broker asks for. You get the documents that match the batch we ship — and a plain statement of which ones we cannot supply yet. Why paperwork that does not match the box stops the box. Status reviewed per order; where a document is not available for a grade, we say so.

7 · Samples

You give us the grade and the size you want to see. You get a sample of the specification, arranged before you commit to a bulk order. Why the first order is usually a test, not a container. Status sample requests can be arranged; private-label samples are confirmed separately.

8 · Lead time and offer validity

You give us the destination and your target date. You get a lead time and an offer validity written into the quotation. Why you can plan the shelf date instead of guessing. Status quoted per configuration.

What we need to quote

Five items get us started: the application and the conditions the tape faces; the size you need — width, thickness and roll length, in mm or inches and yards or metres; the quantity in rolls or cartons and how often you would reorder; the packing you need, per roll or per carton; and the destination country and port.

Working voltage, certificate documents, label content, sample needs and target dates are confirmed in the reply. A dielectric breakdown test value in the catalogue is not a working-voltage rating, so tell us the system voltage rather than selecting on the test figure.

Tell us what you need on the roll

Application, width, roll length, quantity, packing and destination. We confirm the closest grade, the packing and the documents for the shipment.
