Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Wraptio (“we”, “us”) operates this website as the overseas sales channel of an adhesive tape manufacturing plant. For any question about this policy or your data, contact sales@wraptio.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name and company name
- Your work email address and, optionally, a telephone or WhatsApp number
- Your country
- The product, specification, quantity and application you describe
- Any certification requirement you select
- Any message you add
We also record the IP address, browser user agent and referring page for each submission. This is used for spam prevention and rate limiting, and for diagnosing form failures.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
- We do not run advertising or behavioural profiling trackers on this site. If a Google Analytics 4 property is configured, it runs with IP anonymisation and is used only for aggregate traffic reporting.
- We do not use your specification or your artwork to supply another buyer.
4. Why we may share it
Your enquiry is handled by our sales team and, where a technical answer is required, by engineering staff at the manufacturing plant. Beyond that we share data only:
- With a courier or freight forwarder, and only when you have asked us to send samples or goods
- Where we are legally required to, for example under a customs or tax obligation
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. If you become a customer, order and shipping records are retained for the period required by tax and customs law in the relevant jurisdictions.
6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. A strictly functional session cookie may be set for logged-in administrators. If analytics is enabled it may set first-party measurement cookies; these are not used for advertising and are not shared for cross-site profiling.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (if you are in the EEA or the UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (if you are a California resident) you may request:
- A copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of anything inaccurate
- Deletion of your data, where we are not required to retain it
- Restriction of processing, or objection to it
- Portability of the data you gave us
Write to sales@wraptio.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this and we do not require you to have an account.
8. Security
Enquiries are stored in our own database on our own hosting, not in a third-party marketing platform. Access is limited to named sales and technical staff. Traffic is served over TLS.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
