What we actually are
Wraptio is the export-facing brand of an adhesive tape plant in southern China that has been coating, slitting and printing since 2006. We do not own a separate factory and we do not pretend to. The plant’s engineers write the technical answers on this site; their test reports back the claims.
Being honest about that structure matters, because the alternative is the usual trading-company story: a website, a warehouse, and a chain of middlemen between your question and someone who can answer it. Every link in that chain takes margin and adds a week.
How we quote
Send a specification, a part number, or simply a description of what the tape has to survive. Within 24 hours — Monday to Saturday — you get a named contact, the closest grade we produce, FOB pricing at your volume, the MOQ for that item, and lead time. If we cannot make it, we say so in the first reply rather than three iterations later.
Where a figure is not yet confirmed by the plant, we mark it “to be confirmed” rather than quoting a number we cannot stand behind. Our catalogue currently carries a small number of those, mostly certification scope on the UL-grade electrical tape and a few high-temperature tolerances. They will be resolved and the pages updated.
What we ask of you
Three things make the difference between a good order and a frustrating one: a real specification rather than “like the last one”, a realistic volume, and a clear destination port. With those we can quote accurately the first time, and you can compare our offer against your incumbent on identical terms.
The plant
Six coating lines, slitting to 4 mm, in-house printing for private label, and a laboratory that runs adhesion, tensile, elongation and dielectric breakdown tests on every production batch. Full equipment detail and workshop photography are provided in the audit pack on request — we would rather you see the line than take our word for it.
